Terms and conditions for the supply of goods
1 All new products are sold with one year warranty from the date of sale to the customer against defective materials and / or workman ship.
2 Repair or replacement of each defective product will be undertaken by Linhof & Studio Ltd. providing that: i) The customer has informed Linhof & Studio Ltd. of the defect or the fault within 14 days of the same becoming apparent, and ii) the product has at all times been subject to proper and normal use, and iii) The same has not arisen due to normal wear and tear.
3 Any such faulty or defective products are to be returned to Linhof and Studio , Image House 204 Leigh Road , Leigh on Sea Essex SS9 1BS at the customers expense. The products will be repaired or replaced (as Linhof & Studio Ltd. may in its absolute discretion determine) and returned to the customer at Linhof & Studio's expense.
4 Save as aforesaid Linhof & studio shall not be liable for any loss, direct or consequential, resulting form the use of the product caused by any error, defect or fault in the product howsoever arising or incurring including but not limited to loss or use, or loss of profits.
5 Any liability of Linhof & Studio Ltd. in respect of the sale of the product shall in any event be limited to the price paid by the customer for such product.
6 Until payment in full has been made the property of the product shall remain with Linhof & Studio Ltd. But the risk therein and liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the purchaser on delivery. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a sale on approval, or sale or return.
7 Linhof & Studio Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss damage or delay resulting from or arising out of any cause or causes beyond its reasonable control.
8 Any provisions or conditions of the customer's orders which conflict with or are in addition to these terms and conditions shall be excluded from the contract of sale unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by Linhof & Studio Ltd.
9 Such approval may only be given by a director of Linhof & Studio Ltd and no other employee of Linhof & Studio Ltd has the authority to make any variation, additions or amendments to these terms and conditions.
No waivers by Linhof & Studio Ltd of any of the customers obligations under these terms and conditions shall be deemed effective unless made by Linhof & Studio Ltd in writing nor shall any waiver by Linhof & Studio Ltd in respect of any breach be deemed toconstitute a waiver of or consent to any subsequent break by any customer of its obligations.

We recommend that you let us know when you plan to visit, as occasionally technical staff may not be on the premises.

When purchasing used equipment, we understand that despite our good intentions and honest description, the item may not be as you imagined.
We are pleased to accept these items back providing we are notified within 5 days of receipt and the return cost is accepted by the customer. When you purchase from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This allows us to send out the goods that you have ordered.
Our ecommerce platform is managed by a third party who will process your data to fulfil the order that you have placed.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our website, new products, offers, competitions and other Linhof Studio updates.
Third Parties: We do not disclose any personal data to any 3rd Parties unless required to do so by law.
We do use 3rd Parties to deliver services such as payment gateways, ecommerce transactions and email marketing – these 3rd parties operate under their own privacy policy statements.

SECTION 5 – SECURITY
Internal:
We have a password controlled accounts package, daily anti-virus scans, anti-virus active threat
detection, hardware and software firewalls.
Offsite backups are encrypted and are stored in the UK to ISO 27001 standard and are password
controlled
External:
Online passwords and email addresses are stored in a password protected database, online
payments are made via 3rd party Sage Pay secure payment gateway.
Email is stored on a secured server with multi point password protection behind software and
hardware firewalls. Email passes through corporate anti-spam spooling service to ISO 27001
standard.
SECTION 6 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make
material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are
